This is due to the copy protection of the Waldorf Edition. Just install the most recent update again: http://www.waldorfmusic.de/en/downloads-waldorf-edition.html
Prior to the installation please insert the original CD into your drive. We recommend (especially for the AU-version on the MAC) to reboot your computer after the installation and then to re-validate the plug-ins.
